What is your Privacy Policy
It is our responsibility to provide you at the start of the hire term with an instrument
which is in good playing order and has good quality fittings. These features are noted down
on your contract form. We guarantee the structural stability of the instrument and agree to repair,
free of charge, any spontaneous failure in the structure.
We also agree to carry out a free maintenance check at three monthly intervals or
at any time you believe there is a structural problem with the instrument.
<top>
It is your responsibility to look after the instrument and keep it in good condition.
You are responsible for replacing consumable parts, these are the parts which break or
wear out as a direct result of use and include strings, bridges, rosin and bow hair.
You are responsible for covering accident damage, total loss or misuse.
Should the instrument get damaged we would urge you to return it to us for repair,
we will carry out any simple repairs free of charge and more complex repairs at cost price.
Any repairs carried out elsewhere which do not meet our standards may need to be re-done
at your expense. We reserve the right to be the final arbiter in such cases.
It is also your responsibility to advise us as soon as possible of any changes to
your address or personal contact details.
<top>
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us first, as soon you notice you have a
problem and we will discuss alternatives with you at that time.

All our instruments are offered at our 3* set up. A 3* set up makes playing (and therefore practice)

our most popular option on student instruments which we sell in the shop.
